Dreams Come True
McKenzie County Sportsman's Club was the vision of Brooks & Carol Kummer. Thoughts of getting the kids off the computers and outside fueled their desire.
The Kummers, graciously donated the land for the range and their dream started to take shape to where we are today. Filling the need for education programs for safe handling of firearms and respect for the outdoors.
Pride of the range being our complex which houses an 80' x 235' indoor archery range. Heated and air conditioned for year-round use.
As a nonprofit organization, the range secured grants through The Pittman Robertson Act, McKenzie County, and a host of other local businesses and groups.
2023 - Brooks & Carol have donated another parcel of land. We are excited to start expanding the range over the next two years as funding becomes available.
Members and volunteers have been and continue to be the backbone of this developing project. We humbly give thanks for the support.
